Questions about the examples

Are these real people's résumés?

No. Every name, employer, link and number is invented. Each résumé is written to show what a strong one for that role looks like — the structure, the kind of bullet, the skills worth listing — not to be copied line for line.

What is the number next to each example?

The free checker's result for that résumé, computed by the same rules it runs on yours: six categories adding up to 100. It is real output, not a rating we gave ourselves, and it is recomputed every time the site is built.

Can I use an example as my own résumé?

Open it in the builder, replace the details with yours and keep what works. It opens without an account and saves in your browser; a free account is only for the PDF, a share link and versions.

Open the builder
Which template are they in, and can I change it?

They are shown in ATS Classic, a single-column template that applicant tracking systems parse cleanly. In the builder you can switch to any other template; the score follows the content, so it rarely changes much.

Will using one of these get me past an applicant tracking system?

The format will parse; whether the content matches the job is up to you. Paste the job description into the checker and it tells you which of its keywords are present and which are missing.
